A Simple, Classic Dessert in Minutes
Berries and cream is a timeless dessert that’s fresh, light, and incredibly easy to make. Juicy strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries are lightly sweetened and paired with a smooth vanilla cream for a dish that’s both elegant and effortless. Perfect for summer gatherings, brunch, or a quick weeknight treat.

Ingredients
Fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
Fresh raspberries
Fresh blackberries
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Note: Use about 2 to 3 cups total of mixed berries, or adjust based on how many servings you need.
Instructions
Step 1:
In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and the cream thickens slightly. It should still be pourable, not fully whipped.
Step 2:
Rinse the berries and gently pat dry. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
Step 3:
Place the berries in serving bowls or glasses.
Step 4:
Spoon or drizzle the vanilla cream over the berries just before serving.
