1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup salted butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Marshmallows (mini or large, cut in half)
Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven

Step 2: Make the cookie dough
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 3: Fill the muffin tin
Scoop the cookie dough into each muffin cup, filling about ¾ of the way.Use your fingers or a spoon to gently press down the center and create a little well.

Step 5: Add the marshmallows
While the cookie cups are still warm, press a marshmallow (or half of a large one) into the center of each.Let them cool completely in the muffin tin so they set properly.
Step 6: Make the frosting

Add powdered sugar gradually, then mix in vanilla extract.
Beat until creamy and fluffy.
